• Orders are typically processed within 24-48 hours where no customzied/personalized products are also ordered within the same order (excluding weekends, public holidays, and peak periods like Black Friday/Cyber Monday).

• Customized, personalized, or made-to-order items may take longer to process – please allow 1-3 weeks for these orders.

• You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

2. Shipping Destinations

• We currently ship to [list regions/countries, e.g., the UK, EU, US, Canada]. If your location is not listed, please contact our customer service team to inquire about shipping options.

• We do not ship to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or certain remote areas – please provide a physical street address for delivery.

3. Shipping Costs

4. Delivery Times

• Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed – they may be delayed due to factors beyond our control (e.g., weather, customs delays, carrier issues).

• International orders may be subject to customs clearance procedures, which can add 2-7 business days to delivery times. The recipient is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country.

5. Shipping Issues & Delays

• If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please check the tracking information first. If there are no updates, contact our customer service team within 10 days of shipping for assistance.

• If a package is marked as "delivered" but you have not received it, we recommend checking with neighbors, building managers, or your local post office first. We will investigate further if the package cannot be located, but we cannot be held responsible for stolen or misdelivered items once marked as delivered.

6. Undeliverable Packages

• If a package is returned to us as undeliverable (e.g., incorrect address, recipient unavailable), we will contact you to arrange re-shipping. A re-shipping fee will apply.

• If we do not receive a response within [30] days, the order will be considered abandoned, and a refund (minus original shipping costs) will be issued.

Pre-Order Policy

Thank you for pre-ordering with us, Pre-orders help us bring new products/services to life, and this policy outlines the terms and conditions of your pre-order purchase.

1. What is a Pre-Order?

A pre-order is an advance purchase of a product/service that is not yet available for immediate delivery. By placing a pre-order, you reserve your item and agree to these terms.

2. Order Placement & Payment

• Full payment is required at the time of pre-order to secure your item. We do not offer partial payment options for pre-orders.

• Your payment will be processed immediately, and you will receive an order confirmation email with your pre-order details.

• Pre-orders are subject to stock availability – in rare cases, we may need to cancel a pre-order if we cannot fulfill the quantity ordered.

3. Estimated Availability & Delivery Times

• We provide an estimated release/availability date on the product page at the time of pre-order. This is a best estimate and may be subject to delays.

• We will notify you via email if there is a significant delay (more than [7-14] days) to the estimated date.

• Once the item is in stock, we will process and ship it according to our standard shipping policy (see our Shipping Policy for details on delivery times and costs).

4. Cancellations & Refunds for Pre-Orders

• You may cancel your pre-order at any time before the item is shipped and receive a full refund. To cancel, contact our customer service team with your order number.

• Once the item has been shipped, our standard Refund Policy applies, and pre-order cancellation is no longer possible.

• If we cancel your pre-order due to stock unavailability or other unforeseen circumstances, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 14 business days.

5. Changes to Pre-Ordered Items

• We reserve the right to make minor changes to the product (e.g., design, packaging, specifications) if necessary to improve quality or comply with regulations. We will notify you of any significant changes that affect the product’s core functionality or value.

• If you are not satisfied with a significant change, you may cancel your pre-order for a full refund before shipping.

6. Pre-Order Exclusives

• Some pre-orders may include exclusive items, discounts, or perks (e.g., limited-edition packaging, early access). These are only available to pre-order customers and cannot be retroactively applied to regular orders.

• If you cancel your pre-order, you will forfeit any pre-order exclusives.
